Transportation from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
Los Angeles International Airport is located approximately 12 miles from the UCLA campus and Westwood Village.
For passengers arriving at the airport, SuperShuttle has provided ground transportation ticketing booths just outside the baggage claim area at all terminals. You may purchase tickets for immediate airport pickup in front of your airline terminal. The rate is approximately $25 for transportation from the airport to the Westwood/Brentwood area (rate varies according to final destination). The van drives you directly to your destination. Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) provides FlyAway bus service to and from Westwood and LAX. The 1-way fare is $10 (subject to change without notice.) Visit lawa.org for details, including hours of operation.
Short courses are conducted at the UCLA Extension Building, located at 10995 Le Conte Avenue in Westwood. For those driving from LAX, exit the airport on Century Boulevard East and go about 1 mile to the 405 Freeway North. Go approximately 10 miles and exit the freeway at Wilshire Boulevard/Westwood. Turn left at Gayley Avenue. The UCLA Extension Building is on the northwest corner of Le Conte and Gayley Avenues.
