A 2-Day Short Course

This course covers a wide range of topics designed to make you and your team members feel more engaged and successful at work. Through highly interactive and practical exercises you gain insight into key elements of high-performing teams. Denise Wolfe, PhD, Senior Partner, Syzygy Global Consultants, Inc., Burbank, California. Dr. Wolfe has held management positions in a variety of industries in addition to starting of her consulting career nearly 20 years ago. Her areas of focus involve executive development, strategic planning, organizational change, leveraging diversity, high-performing teams, effective communications, and human capital management.
